Speedheater USA Pro Portal – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Speedheater USA Pro Portal. By applying for and using a Pro Account, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Approval

1.1. The Speedheater Pro Portal is exclusively for contractors, tradespeople, restoration specialists, window repair professionals, nonprofits, and DIYers managing large-scale projects.
1.2. To apply, you must provide one of the following:

  • A business license
  • An EIN/TIN
  • Proof of professional work (e.g., invoices, work orders)
    1.3. Speedheater USA reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
    1.4. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Pro Account Benefits

2.1. Approved Pro Portal members receive:

  • Trade discounts on Speedheater tools and accessories
  • Early access to new products and promotions
  • Exclusive giveaways and merchandise offers
  • Priority customer support

2.2. Pro Account pricing and benefits are non-transferable and must be used only by the approved account holder.

3. Account Usage & Restrictions

3.1. Pro Accounts are for professional use only—not for resale.
3.2. Reselling Speedheater products is strictly prohibited under this agreement. If you wish to resell, you must apply for a Wholesale Account separately.
3.3. Speedheater USA reserves the right to review and audit Pro Accounts to ensure compliance with these terms.
3.4. Speedheater USA may request additional proof of professional use at any time.

4. Pricing & Orders

4.1. Trade discounts and pricing are exclusive to Pro Portal members and subject to change at Speedheater USA’s discretion.
4.2. Orders placed through the Pro Portal are subject to standard shipping, handling, and return policies.
4.3. Any misuse of Pro Account pricing, including ordering for resale or unauthorized use, may result in immediate account termination.

5. Shipping & Returns

5.1. Pro Account orders are processed according to Speedheater USA’s standard shipping times.
5.2. Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Warranty Policy.
5.3. Any disputes related to shipping or returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

6.1. Speedheater USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Pro Account that:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Engages in unauthorized resale
  • Submits fraudulent or misleading information
  • Abuses Pro Portal benefits
    6.2. Terminated accounts forfeit all Pro Portal privileges, including discounts and access to promotions.

7. Modifications to the Pro Portal Program

7.1. Speedheater USA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Pro Portal program at any time.
7.2. Members will be notified of major changes via email or through the Pro Portal.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1. Speedheater USA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Pro Portal products.
8.2. By using Speedheater tools, you acknowledge that proper safety precautions and best practices must be followed.
